Investigation on Optically Ultraviolet Response of Low-dimensional ZnO Structures Prepared by Chemical Processes

چکیده

Abstract Chemical processes were used to synthesize ZnO low-dimensional structure including thin film nanorod and nanoparticle. was prepared by sol-gel spin coating method while hydrothermal process nanoparticle synthesized via co-precipitation route. The structural, morphological, optical photoresponse properties investigated XRD, FESEM, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, I-V I-t measurement. Comparison study on of all structures conducted under UV light with LED wavelength 375 nm. photodetector based sample showed superior time another structures. results informed crucial factors active surface area per volume, interaction in specific each playing key role ultraviolet response.
